overall my son and I had fun building and then playing with this one, I would say in my option it was an easy one to build maybe a little easy for 5+ concidering some of the ones in the 4+ range but still another great kit from lego

Fun lego

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had so much fun putting this police patrol boat together with my son. He was able to follow the easy instructions without any issues and we enjoyed the time we spent together. He loves looking at it all together on his shelf and even plays with it. Legos are always a wonderful gift for kids and gives them the oppurtunity to follow instructions and feel accomplished after they finish the project.

What fun he had building it

My 5 year old grandson had a wonderful time building this set. I was the page turner on the instruction books. That was the extent of my help. It took him about 3 hours to build it, but there was a break taken for snack. It’s a wonderful STEM project for the summertime while school is out. The picture instructions are so clear. He talks as he builds these sets, and tells me he’s going to be an engineer so he can be a master builder for Lego. Can’t go wrong with this set.

Wonderful experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The really simple and easy to build as it a single-piece set- great for young ones. The mini lego figurines are great, there are 3, police people, as well as 2 crooks. This set also includes a shark figure. I think the boat itself is great, it has a landing pad for the drone, as well as a spot for the scooter on the back. The scooter can also be launched by turning the handle. Had a wonderful experience building this with the kids.

Always fun with lego

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 5yr old son was so excited to recieve a big set of lego, his first of this size. He really enjoyed the colours and the accessories/mini figures that came with it. Although he lost interest in the building process after 2 packets he did play with the mini figures and mad random builds whilst dad completed the boat. His imagination and role play came strait out as he tried to catch the bad guys. This is a great set and well tailored to the age groups interested. It did require a lot of assistance from a parent but since it was his first big build he did really well. We love lego and this set has definitely sparked interest in other sets.
