Awesome model but

Loved building this model of an iconic car and an F1 Legend the only negative I would say is the wheels don't look right when you compare it to the actual MP4, the rear wheels should be wider

Nice car, shame about the wheels.

It is a nice model but I took a star off for the wheels. For years & especially in the days of the MP4/4 the front wheels of all F1 cars were smaller than the rears. With this model all four wheels are the same size, which to me makes it look out of proportion slightly. Such an iconic model why was this not noticed in the design phase?

The set is good but would be great if it had the right size/width rear wheels/tyres of which I bought all four upgraded wheels as shown in photos

A fun build

Easy to build, everything fits tight and very nice to have a display stand. Only thing missing was the Marlboro stickers, ha, ha, ha…. Highly recommend this build.

Good, Not Great

As an F1 and Senna fan, this was an easy purchase. Overall the car and Senna minifigure are very good. The issues with this set are the lack of stickers/printed pieces, the poorly printed red nose piece, and the and the rear tire size. It looks like LEGO has corrected the tire issue with the Mansell car. The look of the Senna car is a bit plain, missing the sponsor logos that make the design really pop. I understand why LEGO did not put a specific sponsor on there, but more or larger Honda/McLaren/Shell/Goodyear stickers or printed pieces could've been used. The poor printing on the red nose piece is inexcusable. I only gave a 4 star due to the Senna figure and corresponding display. If this was only the car, it would 3 stars.

Great Car, Terrible Rear Tires

This is a really nice car with the exception of the rear tires. Lego should be ashamed of themselves for producing rear tires that are the same width of the front tires. They correct this with the recent Mansell Williams. I believe that Lego should send anyone who bought this set a new set of tires of the same proportions of the Mansell Williams.

My first Lego car build and I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and easy-follow instructions. Hoping that Lego comes out with more historical cars, race series and drivers.

Great piece for a race fan

This is a really nice set and worth the money. It's one of my favorite Lego sets. The only issue I have is the rear tires are far too skinny. Looks like they listened to the reviews because the new Williams FW14 set has the correct size. I am sure they would fit this set too. I am wondering if a replacement would be possible.
