The middle model is functional.
The problem with the main advertised model is that there is depth inside the building, but requires removing a lot of connected roof parts that form a connection over another connection, as it comprised 3 parts of a building. Never tried the smallest model, but the middle model, the tower, is the most functional and playable. Granted, it is smaller horizontally and has no connecting spaces to each room, but it's good enough. Especially that kitchen and dining room build. How they connect to each other is nice, in this form. Fits well in a city setting, as well. But that's more bias than it is talking about the functions itself. But I loved littering minifigures around to hang out in the main model, that's for sure. It was mostly the reason I bought it, sure enough.

Fun Build!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was such a fun and noncomplicated build. The steps were really easy, but such cool techniques to get certain looks. I loved building the pool and the little furniture pieces. It was also so much bigger than I was expecting, but it's such great piece to have in a room.

Great Lego Set!

The assembly was easy and came with three books that included step-by-step instructions for each part. Each part of the house came labeled in bags to keep instructions simple. The design of the Legos were made of great quality materials. Many of the same pieces can be used for each part of the house which makes it very versatile. The completion of the house showed the durability of the legos. Everything held together very well. I recommend this Lego set

Perfect set for my husband
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband for one loves Legos, two is a real estate agent and three, flips homes. I knew that this would be perfect for him, and it was such a nice surprise that I was able to give him. He’s really excited to start building. I will say that this doesn’t have as many pieces as the ones that he usually buys, but I’m sure it will keep him distracted and engaged for quite a long time. I always thought of Legos as a children’s hobby, but it is also a lot of fun for adults to assemble. We have a Lego set that has been built and in my son’s nursery for about a year now and we still love it so much.

Wow what a nice set to have
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got the package haven't put it together yet because the instructions are not very easy to follow. I'm not sure if I am supposed to open all the bags at once or what. My son is 11 and he definitely needs assistance putting it together. So the age should not be 9 and up. However it's a very great item. It's durable for sure just from my experience with Legos I'm giving this a 5 even with the instructions not being easy to follow. Love the design
Love the design of the modern house. The sliding doors are such a charming addition. My only complaint is the outside of the bathroom build. It has one brick displayed “wrong” but other than that, I really love this.
