I bought as a Christmas gift for my preteen granddaughter who always loved lego sets. However, she said she would like a more challenging set. I can’t wait to see her display them in her room.

Embarrassing giff

Gave this set as a gift and I’m genuinely embarrassed for Lego bc this “newbie” I gave it to noticed the injection marks, misblended colors, and cut corners that made the display look off… The injection points are painfully visible on bricks now… it’s really sad to see the quality decline and the price just keep going up. Props on environmental goals but this is cutting corners (literally) on quality leading to bricks that look worse than 3rd party brands. Lego used to say “only the best is good enough” … well Lego is no longer good enough to justify the price. It’s been a fun hobby to get back into but I think I’m going to limit my purchases. You’ve turned a lifelong fan against your brand, Lego.
