Open top does not close

I don't like that it doesn't close all the way at the top. I was surprised to see that because a top closure seems so basic, and it seems like a big oversight. I'll have to be careful not to leave it on the back of a chair. Otherwise it's a very nice bag and the perfect size for me.

Very sad

Something happened to my bag!!! It’s two tone instead of saddle brown. Definitely a messed up bag somewhere along the transport line. Something bizarre became of the leather. I usually love all my Ralph purchases. I have this exact bag in black with NO issues. I did not open the bag till now. And it’s a mess.super bummer.

Potential target for thieves due to opening at top

From the advertised picture of the purse, you can not see that the purse does not fully close. There is an about 3 inch wide opening at the top of the purse that can not be closed because the leather is so stiff. That means that if you sling your purse over the back of a chair at a restaurant, someone could easily reach in and steal your wallet, phone or other valuables. Another problem is that store owners might see your open purse and think you are a potential shoplifter. I decided to return the purse because I don't want to worry about people reaching into my purse while I am not watching. Otherwise, the purse is beautiful and the leather quality is outstanding!

Love this bag!

I love this bag so much! I bought it in the tan and find myself reaching for it way more than my other ones. It’s compact but spacious. Highly recommend. I’m going to be buying it in black because I love it so much!!

Best bag

I have this bag in black and I can’t tell you how I’ve used it everyday!!! Holds alot of stuff and always looks polished to any outfit! Now I want in Tan but price seems to have jumped a bit. Sad bummer
