He is in advanced kindergarten right now and helping with math is hard for me. This was a great way to teach him new ways of learning and kept him occupied so much while I needed to do things around the house. I love that there are multiple ways to play with it. He has used it so many times I love that he is using it and in many ways as well. It’s really durable as it has been dropped a few times and is great for travel it fits perfect in his to go bag for Grandmas house. It can get a bit loud but that is to be expected with any kids toys. I would highly recommend this toy to anyone!

Learning
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son had so much fun with this he is only 2.5 this so the marker got lost very easily maybe make it with a marker that's attached with a string. But can use any dry erase marker.

Kids love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The leapfrog preschool math book is great. Our two youngest grandbabies are enjoying and having fun learning. One will be going to preschool and the other is in kindergarten. It comes with a pen but they want to use their fingers. There are different activities on each page. The kids love it and love taking it with them when we are out. Definitely recommend!

Great toy for toddlers

Preschool math book
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son loves this product as it does make noise when you turn the pages. This product places songs, can count, and do ABC's. This is the perfect product to have to keep the little ones busy and they would enjoy the music it plays.

Interactive math prep that can grow with a child due to variety of activities and concepts
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Leap Frog’s Prep for Preschool Math Book is versatile, durable, and ready to grow with your kid. I have a two year old, which is technically too young for this book. However, with three different modes and ten unique pages or set of pages there are already activities she can do. She successfully played the “Find it” game on one of the pages and enjoys exploring numbers and items in the explore mode. I simply did not give her the pen or use the trace mode and its age appropriate. It will easily grow with her though. Some of the games on other pages are more challenging. And the tracing mode I tested for myself. The pen erases better with a wet wipe than a dry paper towel. But that opens up another ten activities for when she is older. There is a spit to store the pen on the book and a handle for portability. It works on lots of key math prep topics, such as identifying numbers, writing numbers, finding paths, identifying different groups of objects, matching, size comparison, and much more. It seems pretty durable. My two year old sat on it and stood on it already. Plus dropped it. It’s still on the first set of batteries but gets used several times a week and she knows how to turn it on herself - so it doesn’t always get turned off. Overall, this is a solid choice if you are looking for fun math activities in an interactive format across the toddler and preschool years. I received the product for free in exchange for an honest but incentivized review. However, I would consider purchasing this product again as a gift.

Great educational toy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to get this to test out. My little pre-schooler loves having new educational toys. It is beneficial for kindergarten prep and learning numbers and basic math. I was thrilled that this comes with a pen so the child can practice the correct pen grip and begin tracing/writing. I am very grateful that we were able to try this.
