Awful Macy’s phone customer service

I never received the item. Somehow UPS never delivered the package to the Macy’s Fairfield, Ca customer service department for store pickup. Macy’s claims it was delivered to the USPS and sent back to the warehouse. You r phone customer service representatives aren’t sufficient in anything. Is it outsourced? I went to the Macy’s pick up department and spoke to a manager and said UPS is supposed to deliver packages to them directly. She agreed that Macy’s phone customer service is not very knowledgeable.

Gorgeous elegant suiting that’s very flattering!!

Absolutely beautiful, sophisticated and elegant suiting! The color is perfect - very light and subtle. Ordered my usual size 6 and it fits perfectly. Very flattering. Love the midi length. Planning to wear for an important Court date, hoping for a good outcome. 🤞

Nice suits but incorrect sizing

This women’s suit really look nice and would have been great except it is terrible mis-sized. My wife is a 14/16… we would have to order a 20/22 for a correct fit. Unfortunately we will be returning these suits.
