Poor manufacturing quality

Very disappointed on the stitching around the neckline. This will be my second return. I thought my first purchase was a one off mistake however the second dress has the same exact issue. I own this item in two other colors ( Navy Blue and Beige) and there is no issue with them.

Where’s the dress?

The quality of the jacket was beautiful…I didn’t receive the dress. Only a jacket came. Frustrating.
