Nice pan

Product is fine, customer service is bad

Crepe pan is ok. Non stick looks beautiful. But Macy’s customer service is bad, I bought it here thanks to a free Magic Bullet blender packaged in. Except final package didn’t have the blender, and after calling, thry asked me to write to customerservice@macys.com. I did, and after 72 hours received an automated reply that the email address doesn’t work. I checked spelling and resent. 72 hours same thing. Called back again, they told me the only option is emailing that address…. Suggest buying the pan from Someone else.

Did not last

I bought this pan 1.5 years ago with the hopes that it would live to the brand expectations. While it was great initially, it lasted as long as any $50 pan would, and I already had to toss it. High quality non-stick is expected to last 5-7 years, and I don't see how this pan would
