It’s truly used EVERYDAY

Love the pan and the color sea salt is everything! This pan takes the place of an all my fry/sauté pans! I can fry up eggs or cook an entire meal in the oven!!! ONE STOP SHOP!!!!!

Too heavy for me to use often.

It is a lovely pan and color. I ended up returning it because it is heavy to lift for me at 85.

Good but not good

I am by no means an expert.. but I do know my way around a kitchen and I can say this pan is my loved problem child. The black enamel behaves nothing like the sand enamel. Things want to stick, delicate meats and veggies aren’t a good match for it and it should not be named “everyday pan.” It’s good for searing steaks and burgers and pork… but it’s not a well rounded tool like the brasier (my REAL everyday pan). It does have its function… its just significantly less useful than I wanted it to be. Truly, the only thing I like about it is the glass lid I purchased separately. If I had a glass lid for my 3.5 braiser I would rarely touch this thing since my family eats lean 90% of the time. Makes a mean seared steak though. For the price, separate lid purchase, and niche function, I’d skip it and get a brasier.

Great Investment!

I bought this pan a few weeks ago and it’s my new favorite go-to pan! Great size for one pot meals or browning meat. No issues with sticking and the food comes out perfect every time. I did get a glass lid separately and am so glad I did!

Every Reason EVERYDAY PAN!!!

Although my everyday pan is brand new, I have a nice assortment of other Le Creuset enameled cast iron and stoneware. Performance is amazing and I’ve got recipes set for this new beautiful pan!!
