Perfect!

Perfect, even heating throughout. Easy to clean, non-stick surface. Beautiful, ombré color on the sides. Classic Le Creuset.

Great pie plate - would buy again

I bought this as a gift for my daughter in law. She is absolutely thrilled with it. She said her pie turned out perfect - in the way it looked and in the eveness of cooking of it. So based on that I would buy it again.

Not quite the correct size

This 9" pie pan is only 9" at the top crust. the base of the pan is 7 1/4" with the filling portion measuring 8 1/2". With these measurements my chicken pot pie filling won't fit, would need 2 of these pans. Really looking for a deeper pie pan too.

LOVE IT

I always wanted a deep pie dish and I found the perfect one! Very sturdy, cooked evenly and to perfection! My best pie dish ever. Color was pretty cool too in the orange/red color. Highly recommended
