Zipper issues

I was excited to receive my new hoodie and love the color. Unfortunately the zipper slider is connected on the wrong side and cannot be connected and zipped. The nearest Macy’s is too far for me to drive in order for me to return the garment.

zipper on right side??

Bought this for My husband , he tried it on , it fit, BUT the zipper is on the right. Because this is a “woman’s sweatshirt, men’s zippers are on the left!!!
