fell apart after one wash

I was excited to get these rugs. They match out 1950's bathroom tile pretty well . I washed them on delicate and dried on low as the label states. Sadly, the larger rug fell apart. i've had them too long ( 3 months) to return.

Color is not really burgundy. It’s more of a bright red.
