no hooks came in packages

I ordered TWO of these packages and neither came with hooks! Seems like everyone has the same issue. This isn’t right. I should be refunded…

I want my hooks!

I paid more for this shower curtain because it came with hooks. No hooks came. And I tore the wrapping up so I can’t return it. Please send me the hooks or else refund that portion of the sale. I see now from all the other reviews this problem has been going on a long time and you haven’t fixed it.

Missing hooks

I cannot believe I had to return this set twice because each time it's missing the 12 hooks. Terrible experience and what a waste of time. Never going to shop at Macys again after this experience.

It says in the description that the package includes hooks but I didn’t receive any.

Hooks not included

I bought this curtain set specifically because it's supposed to have 12 hooks. I received my package and there were no hooks in the box. I'm very disappointed. Other than that, material on the shower curtain and liner are fine.
