Cute but below expectations

This bag is cute, but it's not lined at all. I would have expected a bag from this brand and at this price point to be lined with at least one zipper pocket for small things that might easily fall out. A piece of cardboard comes at the bottom to keep the bottom of the bag flat, but it seems like a weird thing to have to keep in the bag and carry around. I don't know how it will wear if I remove the cardboard.
