Poor Product, Worse Customer Service

Purchased this a little over 30 days ago, fit and style were great and wore a handful of times. After the 4th or 5th wear, I went to use my pocket to find that the stitching had completely come undone and the pocket is no longer useable - seems like a fast fashion item at a high price. I have only ever put my phone or a chapstick in the pocket, but now have to get it repaired. I reached out to Macy's customer service and their solution was that I go back to the store I purchased from and see if they can do anything for me, but probably they can't since it's been slightly over 30 days. The store I purchased from is about an hour away, and I don't see how it's a good solution to go there for the possibility that they turn me away.

A well made coat with fun details.

I purchased the grey, I wanted to be able see the fringe better which is fun detail. It's a lightweight coat and seems to run a little big. The material feels soft, it's really pretty.

Love this coat

This is one of the finest coats I own. It’s just gorgeous. Fits me perfectly. The style is impeccable. It’s well made. The weight is a little lighter and perfect for our milder winters. It’s even comfortable to drive in. I feel very stylish in this unique coat

I usually wear size 4. I decided to get size 2 and it’s perfect. Very stylish and lightweight. Side pockets are plus!!
