Received Used Shoes & Poor Customer Service

The shoes arrived looking worn with noticeable creases on top, and to make things worse, the price on the box was much lower than what I paid. Customer service was unhelpful after a 20+ minute wait, barely offering any resolution. Frustrating experience, especially since the item is now out of stock
