It was not soft the wool was not soft. Quality made,but not Quality material

Very Nice

I really love this coat however when it arrived it looked like it had been returned and many of the buttons were loose, I wanted to replace it but they were all sold out so I kept it and paid to have the buttons reinforced it’s otherwise well made and the color is beautiful 3 stars because of the buttons

Looks like was used, dirty, package opened, smelling was used, I'll keep because I like it but I'm very disappointed.

Beautiful Coat

I received this today, so have only tried it on. The white fabric is beautiful and soft. It appears well made. It is not a winter coat but seems like it will be warm enough for PNW. I am 5'3.5", 128 lbs, 36B. I got a 10 because of my wide shoulders. It hits about 4-5" above my ankle. Wearing thin pants and long-sleeved T-shirt, I can pull it closed such that the buttons overlap the button holes by about 5", but the shoulders fit and the arm holes don't look bulky or saggy. I have short arms and the sleeves are only about 3/4" too long. It is the best-fitting coat I've ever had even considering that I will need to have the sleeves and length shortened. Hope this helps.
