Lies with no consideration tjhat this was a gift

Ordered this blouse as a Christmas present in Nov. I tracked the package on UPS tracking site. Weeks past and I got date after date that it would be delivered. It never was and gave up on UPS and called Macy’s this past tues. I was told another blouse would be shipped for arrival in 48 hours. I got an email today that I would get a refund. Totally unsatisfactory experience,
