Worst Experience Ever

I don't have time to go to a store so I purchased this coat online. 1. The coat still has the security sensor on it. Not the cut off one but the BIG magnetic one. 2. The coat has silver buttons vs the gold buttons shown in the pictures and advertised. I specifically bought this coat to go with my snow boots that are black with gold hardware. A HUGE waste of time and effort. This is my first and last time shopping with Bloomingdale's. I expected much more or at least the bare minimum from a luxury department store.

Lovely

This is a lovely jacket. It’s fits true to size. However, the hardware is not gold, it’s actually silver. I would have preferred them to be gold but it’s still stylish.
