Never Received Product Ordered

Well, as a platinum member, I ordered this dress thru Macy's online customer service well over 10 days ago, and till date, it still hasn't shipped nor is there adequate order tracking information. I'm very dissatisfied with customer service inconsistent information updates. Plus, I still have not received my order.

Very light fabric, no lining

The colors are vibrant, but the fabric is very light weight. I would have expected something fuller, heavier and better selected of fabric.
