Nice pants but long

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The feel of these pants are comfortable on my skin, the color is very nice and I could have sized down one size. I'm slim hipped, size 8 and 5"2' tall. I am happy with my purchase.

Beach-perfect!

As soon as I saw these in my local Macy’s, I knew a pair of these had to be mine! Ralph Lauren’s sense of style has dazzled for decades, & adding these simple, elegant linen pants to my collection was a must! I am 5’ 8”, & wear a Medium in these, & they do run a bit less generous through the hip—but that’s OK, because linen stretches without losing its shape, anyway. I don’t usually gravitate to stripes, but because these are Ralph Lauren, the pattern & texture is flawlessly classic. The only hesitation I had initially was the price, which felt higher than expected even for this label—but the Friends & Family Sale solved that issue! I love wearing these with espadrilles & wedges, & they join my RL collection that began in the mid-1980s, every piece a permanent classic!

not great summer pants

I loved these when I quickly picked them up at the store, but when I got home was very disappointed. Style and fabric good for the summer, but cheaply made. Threads hanging out of seams and sewn poorly. I was shocked as this is not what I expect nor what I am used to for this brand, even the cheaper level of RL.

Tall woman be happy
