Elegant Jacket

Absolutely love this blazer. The fabric is substantial and has some weight to it. The cut is beautiful but inconsistent from size to size. I ordered 2 sizes. The smaller one was too small and one size up was too big through the bodice. I love it so much that I’m having it altered. I think it is supposed to be a little bit fitted. A very elegant jacket.

Disappointed

The sleeves are very long regardless of size- I have this jacket in every color and they all fit slightly different. This jacket has a snag amongst other things and I have to return it. Separate, I selected a store pickup and am consistently perplexed about in store pickups not taking the same level of care for blazers, suits, and separates that require a hanger or better packaging vs being thrown in a bag. Is this customer service?

Returns

Ralph Lauren is fabulous ! But my issue is the sleeves on an xxtra large is too long for me. 🥹Company shipping is fast and free , plus returns are convenient and fast refunds.

Another great blazer!

This is my 3rd RL blazer. I got the sand color which is neutral to go with a lot of my wardrobe. This particular blazer runs small so I had to return for a size medium, tho I’m a small in most of RL fashions. Plus it was on sale! It’s so classy and chic, I love it!!
