Cute blazer, defective pocket linings

I own this blazer in several colors bought over several years. This was the first one that arrived defective. The pocket linings were so poorly stitched that both bunched up and would not lay flat or allow me to put my hands in. Very poor quality control. Sent back and ordered another one. Hoping it has better pocket linings or going back, too.
