zipper is poor quality

I wore this dress once and the zipper broke. The dress is beautiful, but for one time use it is too expensive. The zipper has a very poor quality. I am so disappointed. I used to trust the Lauren Ralph brand for their quality. Over years I owned few dresses of this brand. It looks like it is not the case anymore. The dress is sewn very professionally and with high quality. It is just low quality materials are used.

Such a beautiful dress

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wanted a lace dress forever. Leave it to Ralph Lauren to fulfill my dream. Love the color, fabric, perfect length. The bodice flatters a curvy shape I was glad to find. I’m 5’5” and 125 lbs, took a size 6, fits like a glove.
