Jacket Subpar Quality

I was excited that Macys shipped this jacket quickly. I just received it today. I'm sad to say the jacket on the surface looks very nice, but the quality is lacking. The zipper is very cheap, doesn't reach the bottom of the jacket (above the last button), & is difficult to zip up. There is barely any down filling compared to other comparably priced jackets. It's pretty tight and is difficult to wear anything substantial underneath. There were loose threads and a seam in the shoulder looked like it would come eventually come apart with movement. I'm very surprised Ralph Lauren would create a jacket for Macys that is so low quality. I am definitely returning this jacket ASAP.

Beautiful white winter jacket Nice white color ,nice hood with white fur . Look stylish . I don’t know how warm it is yet, but with warm sweaters I am sure it will be.

Returned item 2 months ago due to ill fit and have still not received refund. Have made numerous calls and have been told I would receive refund. Thinking about canceling my Macys credit card. Terrible customer service.

Good looking jacket. Down filled which creates the best warmth. Wear anywhere with anything.

Cute style average quality

Runs small…have only worn 3 times and losing feathers from the inside. Not quite the quality I expect from RL brand. Cute style.
