Sleeves too long for petite sizing

Lovely fabric, cheap buttons, extremely long sleeves. I'm 5'3". Sleeves were a good 4" too long, and with 4 buttons on each vented sleeve, altering them was a bridge too far. It went back. Too bad because it's a nice weight.
