Brown color of the lining ruined my white shirt

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with a blazer I recently purchased from your brand, which caused significant damage to another Ralph Lauren product and left me humiliated during an important professional event. The blazer I bought from your store transferred its lining color onto my white Oxford shirt, also purchased from Ralph Lauren. Despite trying to remove the stains with bleach, the spots remain, rendering the shirt unusable. To my shock, I discovered this during a crucial presentation. Instead of feeling confident in my Ralph Lauren attire, I was left embarrassed in front of my audience due to an issue I could never have anticipated from a premium brand. As someone who has always admired Ralph Lauren for its quality and attention to detail, this experience was profoundly disappointing. Given the high price of your products, I am disappointed that I cannot even rely on their quality to meet basic expectations.
