The size is just right, they are comfortable.

The boots are beautiful, the quality is great. Unfortunately It looks like they mailed a pair that has been previously purchased and returned. The sole had cat hair and the shoes had marks on the top of the boots.

Attractive but poorly made

This is a very nice looking Ralph Lauren leather boot but unfortunately it is very poorly made. First of all it is a little tight around the toe area of the right boot only. It took a while to break in that part. Next, the back of the right boot really digs into the back of my ankle to the point of scratching it. I don't know if anyone else has experienced it or if it's just a defect on my shoe. I didn't notice it at first but after 3 or 4 uses, it began to hurt. I wish I could return them but they are past the return date. Lastly, I recently discovered the other thing that is really bad is how slippery they are in the wet weather or on slick ground. I was afraid I would slip and fall down a few times when I went out in the rain. I'm going to give it a few more tries when the weather is dry to try and break them in some more but I may just donate them if they don't work out. There seems to be a quality control issue with this particular model.

This is not the boot I ordered. Wrong color. DONT trust Macy’s staff to pull the correct products you order. They obviously don’t care about checking actual orders anymore.
