Customer NEVER received shipment

I have been a Macys customer for as long as Macys has been in existence. I have never been more disappointed at the level of disregard and disrespect with a purchase that never was received and my request to have my order rerouted feel on deaf ears. I even contacted the carrier USP and just like Macys customer service representative did was place the blame on each other. It’s pathetic that the customer is caught in the middle with no recourse but to loose their money for a purchase neither party took the time to make right. Sad but true.

Blayke Burnished Leather Tall Boot

I bought the Lauren Ralph Lauren Blayke Burnished Leather Tall Boot as a Mother's Day gift for my wife and she absolutely loves it. It is a modern interpretation of the timeless riding boot. It will be a staple for her winter wardrobe.

The boots are nice , but when I received them, tried them on, they didn’t fit my calves. I had to send them back.

Too narrow

Very nice boot. I gave it a low rating as I was very disappointed with the width of the shoe. The shoe was extremely narrow, I could not even get my feet in it. I purchased it for a special occasion and ended up wearing my old boots. I was not a happy camper.
