IRRITATED

Very upset!!!! Ordered twice only to get a message a few days later CANCELLED. Why would you say you have it in stock then turn around to cancel it. If you ever get a size 8.5 or 9 and have them for certain email me . THANKS

Suede loafer

This is the perfect suede loafer. I’ve been wearing these shoes easily twice a week. The cognac color looks great with jeans. This is a comfortable shoe, true to size.

Super disappointed

Super disappointed. I received these shoes in the mail. The shoes look to have been previously returned. The sides of the shoe were pushed in and look to be damaged. This doesn’t seem to be a quality issue from Ralph Lauren but a Macys issue.

Poor packing

The shoes were placed in a box without tissue paper to protect the shoes. No tissue paper in the shoes itself to protect its shape. It looked like the shoes weee just thrown into the box.
