Too wide ankles not elegant for skirts or dresses

I bet these would look elegant on someone who has wide ankles and wide calves When I got them in the mail: The leather part looks good (although not as good as in the picture). I expected elegant but really stable non slip sole boot. The sole looks cheap and there is no tread on it. My calfs are on the verge of needing wide calf booths in general. This booth-the calf part is almost wide on me. Biggest issue-the ankle part is very wide. This makes the booth look like you will actually go ride horses in it :( Not suitable for a dress or a skirt at allI :(

If you are hesitating...get them

These are about perfect boots. Elegant, just the right size heel, great details, quality leather. They were just a little snug for me in the toes, though, and I had to return them. I'd hoped to get a size 11, but the whole country appears to be out of size 11. If someone is listening, please please restock these in size 11.
