Missing RL of of bracelet

There's a piece missing off the bottom the RL small box.?lWhy is that! I would've given a 4 or 5 Star,,,,, but since it's a missing part I'm on given a 3!! They show the bracelet one way, but it's different when you receive it! Fix that problem I have the goods bracelet as well, and it's big missing off of that one

Not At All as Pictured

Bracelet received is NOT as shown. No charm, toggle hook is very small and easily slips out. Bracelet is very lightweight. I’m very disappointed as I bought 2 as gifts, this one was sent to my house, but other bracelet sent direct to gift receipt any. Highly disappointed that this ‘cheap looking ‘ is what she received as a gift. I’m returning the one I have in my hands.
