Perfect size bathroom hand towels

These towels are very soft. The soft grey color is perfect for my grey and white bathroom. I had a hard time finding this lighter shade of grey.

Ralph Lauren towels poor quality

I purchased RL towels from Macys to compliment my plans for remodeling my guest suite. After an extensive remodeling, I put them out. It had been over a year since I bought them until we finally finished. After one use, they are embarrassing! Yes, it's too late to return, but customer service should at least exchange them. But no! So after 30 years going back to my Foley days, I am done!

within 1 wash and despite follwing instructions that color was post wash damged
