Slacks colors don't match sportcoat colors?

Why would the dress slacks colors not match the blazer and sport coat colors? Doesn't make sense. If these weren't purchased on sale, I would have returned over colors not matching. Simply doesn't make sense.

Slacks' are not Properly sized

This slacks were not sized correctly on the web site. I'm a 38 waist and 30 inseam right off the rack in the Macy's store. These slacks were more than 2 inches longer than a 30 inseam, even though they were marked as 38 X 30.
