Macy’s return policy

This product looks good in the ad. However based on other commenter, plus bad Macys return policy, I’m giving 2* and not recommending this product sold by Macys!

Highly recommend

Exactly what you expect from Ralph Lauren. I loved it. However I am not pleased with how Macy’s shipped it in fact extremely displeased. It was shipped in a bag with no packing material surrounding it and nothing to protecting it from damage. Macy’s- Do better!
