Worst customer service

It has been over 10 days NO ROBE! I went to store about it since I got this email. NO Help from anyone . Called the 800 number and was hung up on . Called store executive office and she said she would check and call me back . She had some one else call me to give the 800 number that I had called before . NO Help! Your customer service is the worst ever! I posted about it on my social media for everyone to see

This robe was not the usual Ralph Lauren fit. The belt loops were too high making the belt uncomfortable. I have had many RL robes before that were perfect.
