Flap comes open while wearing

This is a beautiful bag but the lock keeps coming open and I worry that things will fall out of the bag. I think there is a design defect in the little golden rectangle that you turn to lock the flap on the bag. It's too bad because I think I am going to have to stop using this bag and donate it.

Poor quality Macy’s packaging.

No original packaging not even in plastic bag , this Ralph Lauren bag has cheap quality interior lining.

Gorgeous purse

I love this purse. I wanted a purse that was a crossbody but could also be a handbag, but was a tad bigger than what I had. It is the perfect size and such beautiful quality. Favorite purse I’ve purchased in a long time.
