Zipper

I used it on a trip to Las Vegas, I found that it needs a zipper on top to close the purse completely. I had to watch it very close. Stays open n items fall out very easily.

Beautiful

This is my first RL bag and I can tell you they did not disappoint. The bag is very beautiful and big enough for all my daily needs. The bag looks like a million bucks. Love love love it

Strap broke in one month

Shoulder strap broke after one month of use. Despite purchase being made in November by my husband for a gift for me, customer service won’t honor holiday return policy or let me exchange for another bag. Very disappointed as this is unacceptable given the cost of this handbag and the expected quality for this brand. I own several Ralph Lauren bags, and have had this same bag in white for over 4 years of summer use with no problems. Quality must be going downhill. I don’t recommend.

Too large a bag for a petite woman

It was a beautiful bag but much too large & heavy for me to carry everything I need in it
