Metallic embossed purse in the color platinum

Metallic embossed purse in platinum is absolutely gorgeous! The color is platinum so goes well with silver and gold. So classy and the heel height is perfect. Very, very comfortable.

Disappointing

RL purse is good however there was no Macy gift box, RL or tissue paper. The purse was placed a plastic back although a box was requested. The sales person said was available. Not professional or good customer service very disappointing
