    • Apply Base Balm to lips with fingertips or Lip Colour Brush
    • Using a brush or fingers, apply Velour Lip Powder directly on top of Base Balm; using a brush will create a more defined lip look, while using fingers will create a softer effect
    • Use a pressing motion to easily pack pigment on lips; continue adding layers for more intensity
    • Use one shade alone or layer multiple shades to create more depth
    • For more hydration, add Base Balm on top of the lips
    • To create dimension:
    • Apply the darkest shade of Velour Lip Powder all over lips
    • Take a second shade and apply in the inner half of the bottom lip; this will create dimension and make your lower lip look fuller
    • Pro tips:
    • To create a more defined lip, apply Lip Pencil before applying the Lip Powder
    • To balance the intense color and texture of the Velour Lip Powder, pair with luminous skin and matte shades on the eyes

Pleasantly Suprised!

I was anxious about a Lip Powder but to my surprise it is very pretty and easy to apply. The colors are vibrant and it doesn't take much to apply to full lip. I got Paris and it looks great on warmer skin undertones. Not drying.
