    • This powder is formulated to keep concealer in place, and to keep eye makeup from running or transferring into your concealer, all while brightening dark circles.
    • Using the Camouflage Powder Brush, pat over makeup or onto lids; don't drag the brush over skin.
    • Because this powder contains white pigment, don't use it on the entire face. Keep to areas to be lightened and brightened around eyes.

best setting powder for concealer

Perfect for mature eyes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This powder is the answer for dry mature under eyes. I have tried several powders to set and brighten my under eyes. None of them works as nicely as this powder. No caking or settling into fine lines. It is very finely milled, not noticeable on the skin.
