I really like this eye pencil- it's my go to, however...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my "go to"liner, however, at least a fourth/third of my last cavier stick broke off and I take great care not to twist the stick up too high. This was a big disappointment- and costly too.

Love the color, but it’s expensive and the stick falls apart easily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the colors and texture of the eyeshadow stick. I’ve purchased many, my favorite is starlight. I don’t love how little product is in the tube, for how expensive it is. Also, the product inside the tube falls apart easily and breaks when trying to apply it. If the quality and price issues were resolved I’d give this 5 stars.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Ordered item…was billed to my credit card…item still has not been received and no tracking info available—AND CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN NOT PROVIDE HELP NOR EXPLANATION. I’ve requested a refund and that hasn’t happened as yet!
