Caviar Perfecting Lip Liner is carefully designed to line lips for color that lasts without ever feathering or feeling dry. This liner offers effortless wear in a modernized, sculpting formula that complements the Caviar Smoothing Matte Lipstick (sold separately).

    • HOW TO USE:
    • Hold lip liner sideways and draw a soft line at the top of the Cupid's bow and at the center of the lower lip line
    • Using soft strokes, start from the Cupid's bow and draw a soft line to the corner of the lip; repeat on the other side
    • Draw the lower lip line the same way, starting from the center and drawing a line to the corner; repeat on the other side
    • Fill in the entire lip area with the pencil, shading from the outer edge in with the side of the pencil; this prolongs lip color when it is applied and helps prevent it from bleeding and feathering
    • Pro Tip: To create more fullness, begin in the outer corner to the top lip and draw a soft line that connects the outer corner to the Cupid's bow; as you get to the center of the lips, slightly overdraw just the center of the lips

Best lip liner

I tried many other brand name lip liners but nothing compares with this one. The color is a perfect neutral that goes with shade of lipstick, it is creamy and goes on smoothly on my lips. Perfect for a polished make up look.

Great Eye Pencil!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven’t had great luck with eyeliner pencils recently. So many of them are difficult to apply and I have to press too hard tugging at my lid, or they break easily when sharpened. This pencil is very soft and easy to apply. I like it! I do have to sharpen it frequently as it wears down quickly. That is the only reason for the 4 stars.
