Not hydrating...

Usually love Laura Geller products but disappointed in this...not only NOT hydrating but the opposite in being dry...saw there were mixed reviews & gave it a shot but is a NO GO...

Lips feel soft and moist. For a little more shimmer I add either lip gloss or lip mask!
