The worse item

First of all, I was sent the wrong case cover, it states black on the receipt, which was the one I ordered and they sent a gold one, not the one listed. Second it was garage. I mean I normally don't like to leave negative reviews but I was so disappointed and hurt for my 8yr old son that begged me to order this for him. It was like paper, got stuck and tore on the first day we received it. See pics below...
