Terrible Quality

The quality on this watch is terrible. Besides looking cheap, the first watch I received had a loose pin holding the band together on one side that kept coming out. This was evident without even removing the watch from its box. I received a replacement that seemed OK, but after wearing it a week the clasp became loose and the watch would fall off after wearing it a while. Then tonight, the watch fell off my wrist for a different issue, the pin holding the band together on one side came out (same issue as the first one), nowhere to be found. So now I again can't wear it. Extremely disappointed in Macy's for the quality of this watch. It's obviously not a fluke, just poorly and cheaply made. A third one would surely have the same issue.
