A matte-ifying cream that acts like a powder, MAC Matte adds a sheer, no-shine matte texture in one smooth layer. May be used on bare or made-up skin. Use a latex sponge or a 252 Large Shader Brush to apply over the entire face or in the T-zone to reduce the appearance of shine. Apply MAC Matte after moisturizer, but before foundation to prime the skin for makeup. Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation applies smoothly and effortlessly over top of MAC Matte. Apply MAC Matte to eyelids before applying Eye Shadow or Paints to help increase the longevity of the makeup and reduce creasing.

This product is awsome

Have used this product for years to remove the oil and sheen from my face. It left your skin looking beautiful and healthy. I have tried other and nothing else have compared. It also smooth and silky enough to gently apply over your makeup, ENJOY!

Oily skin

I have very oily skin and this is the only product that helps me reduce that excess shine and not rub off make up. Last all day and all night. A must have for those with oily skin.

Blot Powder GEL!

This works better than the new Blot Powder! If you're oily, you should be hydrating your skin. And have a face routine to combat the oil, duh. Mist some Fix+, moisturize with Timecheck Lotion, then this. After foundation, set with Blot Powder, spray with Fix+ to mesh the layers together.

Amazing

I have super oily skin so I needed something to help. When I wear makeup, it falls off my face after a few hours because of how oily I get. This primer was such a game changer. I tried it today paired with Studio Fix Fluid SPF 15, Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation, and Fix + Matte Spray. My nose never got oily, at least not near as bad as it did before. It's my new go to for sure.

Oily Skins Friend

Although it doesn't completely kill oiliness. It does help keep skin smooth. Soft. And reduces the oil look.

Great product

Great product for oily skin, after applying it my skin does not shine and looks natural. However I don't know how the product looks over foundation.

Perfection

I've been using this product for years. I love how it makes my skin look smooth and flawless and reduces the amount of oil it comes through throughout the day. I work until the television and Men love this product because it is clear and they don't have to use powder.

Very matte

This primer works well very matte but it doesnt blurr my pores for very long it works well with other foundations like Nars, Dior, colourpop and Mac of course I just wished it was a pore filler.
