I wanted to love this product

I so badly wanted to love this product. I love Chi. I think this curler is best for naturally straight/wavy hair. I have curly/kinky hair and I had to lightly straighten my hair for this to work or else you end up looking like a lion.

Love, love, love, love this product!! Curls are perfect. I have long and thick hair. Works fast and although a little scary the first time it hasn't tangled or burned me yet. Super easy to use. Again I love this curling iron.
