Expected a good deal from a black friday sale. I purchased a matching necklace and bracelet set. The pieces looked good until you get them in your hands. Both were super light and had no wieght to them. They turned out to be hollow which wasnt the impression i was given from the description on the website. No where deos it say hollow or solid on the description, so there is some deception. I returned both items the same day they were delivered. Be aware of online purchases.

I went into the Local Macys store and ordered the 20” large rounded box link chain. Shipping took 3-4 days. When the chain arrived, it was a completely different chain. It looked more like the 20” oval link chain. I was so disappointed and immediately went in to the local Macys where I ordered it. I was fortunate to find the same sales person and, as soon as I took it out the little black bag she said “that is not the same chain.” She did not try to reorder it because she said that I would get the same chain (oval link) as she would put the same sku number. I was both angry and disappointed. Macys is sure going downhill. Imagine someone entering a sku that does not match the product advertised. So frustrated…

I had been looking for a chain for a few weeks prior to Black Friday and had not purchased anything. Checked out the stock in stores but they were too small like 1.5mm so I checked online and found. 3.5mm round box after seeing a 3.5mm rope elsewhere but not solid. The original price tag is ridiculous but I was comfortable with the BF sale price and seriously doubt they are ever sold for the tag price. After wearing for a week I really love it so far and wish I could find a matching bracelet.

Love the chain, not going to lie. It weighs 12.41g and 20 inches in total length. Pretty solid to be honest. The only reason I'll give it 4 stars is because I personally don't like the clasp on it. It also has LXG 14K and Turkey engraving on it. All in all, it's a nice looking chain. I do recommend, but make sure you buy it on sale.

Very nice chain! High quality, very solid feel to it. The color is great, noticeable but not too bright. I bought this on sale, and the price point was well worth it.
